Project Scope:
- Installation of 149,093 sf of Tremco ‘T-138’ Aluminum Standing Seam Roofing System. The Kynar finished standing seam panels were installed over the existing failed asphalt shingles and received a mechanically seamed double-lock seam. Project included fabrication and installation of over 3,450 l/f of new soffit, fascia, and gutter systems.
- In addition to the sloped standing seam roof areas Aetna Roofing Corporation also performed a full roof replacement of 40,000 sf of existing flat roof area with a new tapered roof insulation system and energy star rated white fleeceback TPA membrane Roofing System set in hot asphalt.
- All systems received a Tremco 20-year roof system warranty.
- Multiple crews with up to 25 personnel worked a seven day per week schedule to complete the disruptive work during summer months to eliminate impact to students and staff.
